Most venues can hold your guests. Fewer can feed them. Banquets at Red Earth put the whole live-fire kitchen behind your event — shared feasts on red-gum tables, plated services, or cocktail receptions that lean on the grill.
Our events coordinator runs a single point of contact from first walk-through to final invoice: menus, run-sheets, AV, florals, security and the gaming-floor handover if the night goes long.

Before you book
160 guests across a full restaurant buyout; 60 on the Terrace Pavilion; smaller salons down to eight. Cocktail-format events can push numbers slightly higher.
Walk-throughs run Tuesday to Friday afternoons — the coordinator shows the room, talks floor plans and answers the awkward questions before you commit.
Our own spaces only — the grill is part of the product and it does not travel. For offsite needs, ask the team; we keep a short list of caterers we respect.
A 30% deposit secures the date, final numbers settle 72 hours out. Cancellation terms are on the refunds page — deposits convert to credit rather than vanish.
