Terms of Service

1. Reservations

Bookings are confirmed in writing and held for fifteen minutes past the reserved time. Parties of six or more, Chef's Table bookings and ticketed events carry a card authorisation of $50 per person — released on the night and charged only if the party fails to attend without notice.

2. Menus and pricing

Menu items and prices are subject to seasonal availability and supplier pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays; a 1.5% surcharge applies to Amex payments.

3. Vouchers and gift cards

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase, are transferable, and may be applied to any Red Earth service. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Refund rights for unused vouchers are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Events and private functions

Event bookings are secured by a 30% deposit. Final guest numbers are due 72 hours before the event and that number forms the minimum charge. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in each event proposal and in the Refund Policy.

5. Venue rules

We operate under a South Australian liquor licence: no service to minors or intoxicated persons, and ID may be requested at any time. Guests must be 18 or over for the gaming floor and must carry photo ID. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave where behaviour breaches venue standards or the law.

6. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law permits, our liability for services is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply. Personal property left in the venue is held for 30 days at the host desk.
