Guest Chef Series: Fire & Tide
A one-night collaboration between Marcus Bell and a visiting Sydney chef — two kitchens, one menu, seafood cooked entirely over mallee coals. Seats are limited to sixty.

Poker nights with proper food
Our Saturday tournament pairs SkyCity's poker room with a dedicated players' menu from the Red Earth kitchen — real plates at the rail, not snacks on felt.

Planning notes
It depends on the event. Winemaker dinners, jazz suppers and gala nights include a full menu; tastings and masterclasses include matched snacks or lunch. Each listing states exactly what is covered.
Private salons and hosted gaming sessions are available for groups through our casino VIP packages. All guests must be 18 or over for gaming areas.
Winemaker dinners typically go three to four weeks out; the guest chef series sells within days of announcement. Join the mailing list via the contacts page for first release.
Event tickets are refundable up to seven days before the date, or transferable to another guest anytime. Full terms are on our refund policy page.
