Private dining at Red Earth is not a screened-off corner. The Salon seats fourteen around one red gum table, the Cellar Room seats ten inside the wine room itself, and the Terrace Pavilion takes thirty into the open air.
Every booking gets a dedicated service team and a menu written for the occasion — boardroom lunch, family anniversary, or the dinner where the deal finally signs. AV, florals and wine pre-orders are handled by the concierge.

It varies by room and night — typically the room fee plus menu spend covers it. Fridays and Saturdays carry higher minimums; your coordinator quotes it plainly up front.
Corkage is $35 a bottle for wine not on the list — waived on bottles purchased additionally from the cellar.
