Any amount from $50 available. Digital delivery is instant; boxed cards add $15 and ship from the host desk within two days.

Bookings of 6+ guests and all event tickets carry a $50 per person card authorisation — released on the night, not charged unless the party no-shows inside 48 hours.
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your reservation and seven days before ticketed events. After that the authorisation converts to a gift voucher — it never simply disappears. Full terms on the terms page and refund policy.
Surcharges: 10% on Sundays and public holidays; 1.5% on Amex; none on debit cards, eftpos or cash. Corporate accounts can settle by invoice with prior approval.
Before you book
For most tables, yes. Seven courses at $165 works out under $24 a course, and you eat dishes that never make the printed menu. À la carte suits a faster, lighter night.
The Red Earth Evening includes welcome sparkling; Grill & Gaming includes one cocktail round; casino tiers scale from bar credit up to full pairing. Each package lists its inclusions exactly.
Functions and packages are invoiced to one organiser. At the table we can split a bill up to four ways — tell your waiter early rather than at the end.
Menu prices are reviewed quarterly and hold for the season. Truffle and festive specials carry their own pricing, always printed on the menu and the menu page.
